Sim in old phone - no network

Hi all

My phone recently had a screen issue which im due to get repaired, so i've put my sim in my old phone (was on EE was just an upgrade) and i just cant get the network to work. It has the sim, and an esim, and its just not registering, so i cant even call anybody for support. I hought it would be as simple as putting the sim in and it working..

Tried restarting, cleaning sim , putting in the sim 1 and 2 slot, disabling and enabling eSim ad physical sim options

Network operators page is empty, the sim manager page recognises the sim and esim with my number & it being EE

Any ideas be helpful, ta

Is the phone on the latest software version? It may be worth checking if there's an update.

Are you saying there's no networks being identified on a manual network search? That's a faulty phone, or a total coverage not-spot if so.
