Are you only having this "no coverage" problem in one specific location, or is it non-area-specific and it happens everywhere?

The former could potentially be a protracted coverage issue, but the latter would suggest a device/SIM problem.

Do other EE users have similar problems in the same location you do?

Hi @Emma424

What device do you have and did you get it from EE.

Have you tried the SIM in another device.

Are you in the UK.

Does this issue only happen in one location (home, work etc)

Can you use WiFi calling.

Thanks
