My signal is hopeless who do I complain to, can I cancel this contract, most calls are not coming through.

Indoors hopeless outside it all depends on my where I am.

Does your phone show VoLTE (Android) or 4G-calling (Apple) when you have this problem?

Does your coverage vary depending on location? In areas where service is poor, does your experience broadly match the predictions from the coverage webtool?
