Hi,

So my iPhone 14 is connected to 4G but not loading, sending or recieving anything. After checking the network service in the area on my laptop it doesn't seem to be related to this.

I have also tried turning airplane mode on & off, reseting my device, switching the carrier from automatic to manual and testing vodafone, Three & 02 before going back to EE. Additionally, I have reset my network settings with no prevail.

I can't even connect to the greater anglia wifi (which my laptop is currently connected to).

Anyone who has experienced this/has any other ideas please let me know - Completely out the blue that it's stopped working.

Cheers!

Does your phone have any problems making or receiving calls in this location? Can it use mobile data in other areas?

@KieranWright wrote:

I can't even connect to the greater anglia wifi (which my laptop is currently connected to).

This is likely to be a separate issue, but a good test would be whether your phone can connect to other WiFi routers?
