How do I report an outage? No signal to telephone, service checker says no problem here!!! Tried chat- was left hanging for an agent who never materialised, what else can I do?

I'm sorry to hear you're having service problems.

I've had a look at the status checker and it reports some maintenance work in the area.

Have you tried tapping the 'check status' rather than 'check coverage' option?

Update :was able to get through on the landline to report the problem, apparently ee are doing “work” last weekend this weekend and next weekend in our area , you would have thought customers would have been informed !!!

Hi @Elsi,

There's an option to register for updates about your area on the status checker. Just enter your phone number and postcode after running a check.

Use the "my places" feature on the status checker - https://coverage.ee.co.uk/network/ee - you can register upto 5 postcodes for updates on local service issues. It covers planned & unplanned outages.

Signal is shocking keeps dropping out conversations sounding like darleks or underwater been going on for weeks now
