Not mobile internet

Currently in the Crawley area. Wednesday was the last time I had any internet outside. Thursday and today all I get is LTE but nothing loads and my phone says no internet connection. Only WiFi in the hotel iv been staying at. The signel cheacker says I should have 5g in this area but nothing. Did the storn knock something out?

Does your phone show VoLTE (Android) or 4G-call (Apple) and are you able to make/receive calls?

Do the symptoms persist after toggling flight mode?

Sounds like you've used "check coverage" rather than "check status" on the webtool.

On a Samsung galaxy s24 ultra.

Calls are fine, yes symptoms persist after toggling flight mode. Also persist after a full restart. The wife's phone is the exact same. She has a Samsung s23.

Just did check status and it says there were no problems in the area so iv now reported the problem.
