No 4G on android can only use when WI FI connects.

Is it because internet poor? As unable to get internet outside of my house as no 4G ,what am I paying for ?Phone is Galaxy S 22

Are you getting 2G/3G coverage outdoors, or no coverage at all? Is outdoor coverage predicted on the "check coverage" tab of https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee ?

Are you in mid/west Wales, the MIdlands or the Anglia area?

When checking it states good coverage ? but unable to get internet at all,while out of house and having to keep reconect also while in the house users with different providers eg friends can easily get internet both in and outside.

Sounds like you've used the "check coverage" option which predicts normal service in your area. If this is a recent problem, the "check status" option will search for known temporary issues which may be affecting service.
