&lt;P&gt;If EE genuinely had an outage across as wide an area as you suggest, there would be significant volumes of complaints and quite possibly press attention.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How long has your signal been rubbish? Have you tried rebooting your phone or even tried your SIM card in another phone to see if that makes a difference?&lt;/P&gt;
