    <description>&lt;P&gt;The online coverage checker holds a database of most EE-issued phones, to match that to which coverage layers to include in the predictions. Non-VoLTE devices can't use 4G800Mhz, only 5G-phones should predict 5G service where applicable, etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you're using a non-EE-issued phone, you can safely choose the nearest equivalent. In terms of your call quality issues, does your phone show a VoLTE symbol next to your coverage indicators? If not, your calls could be being carried over 2G/3G and potentially go some way to explaining your issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Own a Redmi Note 12 pro plus : new EE sim ( previously Plusnet ). Several people that I have phoned recently stated that my line was very poor ( could hardly hear me, very broken &amp;amp; distorted ) although I could hear them perfectly well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: coverage checker doesn't have my mobile phone within the database&amp;nbsp; - does anyone know why?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE Technical support - how do you get through to somebody?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions welcomed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a 5G capable&amp;nbsp; phone and yes has the Vo indicator. I've switched to WiFi calling now to see if that changes anything? It did display 5G when on the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reading numerous comments on various forums, users have been experiencing the exact&amp;nbsp; same issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
