Is all services down from ee I have had no service for about a week now comings on goes off in a matter of seconds and stay on emergency calls only for some time and comes back for a second and straight back to emergency calls only

I dropped my phone at work by accident and it done a crack at the top of the back of my smasung 23 ultra I need to no if its because I dropped my phone or its ee so annoying

Is anyone eles having trouble

If the EE network was nationally off-air, there would be substantial press reporting.

Far more likely is that, at best there is an outage local to you, or at worst your phone has a fault. Do you know any friends or relatives nearby who use EE, and whether they have any problems?

If your phone was dropped onto a hard surface and the case has cracked, there is a distinct possibility of internal damage.
