&lt;P&gt;Our engineers have visited the flooded site in Rainham, after health and safety work has made the site accessible. We have installed the signal feed, and this is now on air to improve service. We are continuing to monitor performance in the area.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Regarding the new site build which is also progressing, our engineers have been unable to access the shared site over the past few weeks, work is needed to be complete by other providers before we can install the equipment needed for the new mast. We are working with the site owner to repair the damage caused by the floods and make the area safe for our engineers to complete the work needed to install the new signal feed to the mast in Rainham.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We have found a suitable location for one of the new masts and will start building the equipment needed over the next few months. We expect the new mast to be on air by the end of May 2021, barring any unforeseen delays.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the second new mast for the area has recently had planning permission declined and we are currently in negotiations for the location to be approved. We will keep you updated on this post.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="margin: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our engineers have been unable to gain access to the site to install the new signal feed to the mast in Rainham. The area is still flooded and is currently a health and safety risk. We are visiting the site regularly to assess the water levels and, as soon as they have reduced, we will start the work needed to improve service in the area. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To improve coverage in the long term we are installing two additional masts. The development of the two masts has suffered delays during 2020, because of various restrictions during the pandemic. Negotiations are ongoing and we expect the masts to be on air by the end of June 2021, barring any unforeseen delays. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We will keep you updated on this post.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Our engineers have been working on the mast to install a new signal feed, which is required to circumvent the fact that our signal is being blocked by a docked cruise ship which is being used as a temporary Covid hospital. Unfortunately, we’ve been unable to complete the installation because the area is severely flooded and poses a health risk to the team.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are working closely with the building managers to gain access and monitoring the flooded area, we expect the work to be completed by the end of January.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Work is ongoing on the two additional masts and we expect these both to be on air early next year, barring any unforeseen delays.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;12 months ago, we lost our key mobile site in Rainham at very short notice when we were asked to vacate because of redevelopment plans. Because of where the site in question was located, and the alternative sites available, we planned to install four new mobile sites in the area to fully replace the coverage provided by the one that we lost.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We installed two of the four in November last year, which has lessened the impact of losing our key site. We had expected the other two to be online by now, but unfortunately Covid has delayed this. We expect the additional two masts to be on air early next year, barring any unforeseen delays.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have installed upgrades to the two sites we installed in November 2019 in a bid to further improve coverage until the additional two mobile sites are installed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately there has been further disruption since March, when one of our sites had its signal blocked by a docked cruise ship which is being used as a temporary Covid hospital. Because of the indefinite nature of this obstruction, we have been working hard to get a new signal feed for the site and this is now due to be installed and working by the end of the month&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Our engineers installed two new masts in the area at the end of last year. During February, the new masts will have upgrades installed to improve coverage in Rainham.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;During 2020 we will be installing another two masts in the area, and we’ll keep you updated on this post. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We’re aware of an ongoing signal issue that is affecting some of our customers in Rainham.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Our site in the area has had to be removed due to the building being demolished, we have constructed a replacement mast to replace the existing equipment at a new site.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have found the replacement site is not providing as much coverage to the area as the previous mast. We have been looking at ways to improve coverage and we have gained permission for another permanent mast to be situated in the area, this is due to be on air during November.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When will this issue be sorted? It's an absolute joke now three months on and still receiving poor reception,&amp;nbsp; not just at home but in Rainham village and station.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everytime I check the network status it says there is an issue in Rainham, then I receive a message the following day that it's been rectified, when it clearly hasn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't receive calls at the moment, and when making them, the signal routinely breaks up and I cannot hear the other person or get disconnected. Can this please be escalated to a higher level!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Our engineers have been unable to gain access to the site to install the new signal feed to the mast in Rainham. The area is still flooded and is currently a health and safety risk. We are visiting the site regularly to assess the water levels and, as soon as they have reduced, we will start the work needed to improve service in the area.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To improve coverage in the long term we are installing two additional masts. The development of the two masts has suffered delays during 2020, because of various restrictions during the pandemic. Negotiations are ongoing and we expect the masts to be on air by the end of June 2021, barring any unforeseen delays.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We will keep you updated on this post.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Roll on June then when we get fobbed off with another date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would be nice to not see EE brag about getting 5G up and running in 13 new towns and cities on the 14/01 though! Would be nice to use my phone without having to rely on WiFi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will phone up tomorrow and ask for a discount or my PAC codes for my various accounts depending on how that goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So we have it in writing that nothing is being done till at least the end of June. Yet the 6 month discount I was allowed in October not only stopped yesterday (funny 6 months?) but can only be extended till April. After that I am expected to pay a full amount for a service I’m not getting even though it’s clear as day not only there is a fault but nothing is being resolved till at least June?&lt;BR /&gt;I pay for WIFI (a different supplier) to be able to use my EE device. So I am expected to pay not only for my WIFI but also for a device with no signal? Happy to contribute to the device but as there is no signal on it, why should a full amount have to be paid when there is an established ongoing long term issue that is not being resolved till at least June?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The lady on the phone unfortunately couldn’t answer this so I have put this on here as it is just so ridiculous to be expected to pay in full from April when everyone can see no works are being done to resolve the ongoing well-known signal issue in Rainham till June (unless date is extended AGAIN...)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yet another call that will have to be made in April!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Spoke to EE and explained that the last post from EE in this thread advised the works to be completed around June so I want my discount to continue till at least then. Unfortunately the lady I spoke to dropped EE in it by saying there is “no end date” of when the issues in Rainham are being resolved. So it is not going to June then? It is unbelievably frustrating as I cannot use my phone outside my house! And obviously establishments are opening and I can’t use my phone! If there is no “end date” why did you say June? The lady on the phone could not answer that question and conveniently no manager was available. This is getting beyond a joke! I have to call up again in July as she could only give me 2 months discount. So if there is no end date on the repairs. Why is there an end date on my discount? She couldn’t answer that either. Absolutely shocking service from EE. Trust me, anyone I speak to I am advising to not use EE. Completely false advertising and appalling service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
