I have an up-to-date iPhone 12 with an EE Sim card and in my office at my house. It is terrible. I also have a works phone which is an iPhone 7 up-to-date with a Talkmobile Sim card. It is as clear as daylight. Can anyone see why that maybe the EE signal is really poor? Thanks

Every network operator has sites in different locations, and so coverage varies between them. For a location such as yours where VF is good & EE poor, there will be many other locations where the opposite is the case and/or where EE is the only network to service.

WiFi-calling is offered and allows full use of your phone for calls & texts anytime you have poor indoor coverage for whatever reason.
