      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone has completely stopped working today I’ve been having problems for the last 2 weeks with my internet. Spoke to someone from EE on Sunday my phone was sorted now I can’t even ring 150 to speak to anyone this is a joke and not on I pay £120 a month for my phone for it not to work!! &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
