Did you have the same issue when you first viewed your new home?

If multiple EE users are having issues, this does sound like a pocket of poor coverage. Do you have WiFi at home? You could use WiFi-calling whilst at the house, if so.

This would allow full use of your phones for calls & texts, without any need for mobile coverage.

I currently have no internet or phone signal in my new house. I raised an issue with EE and they said there was a problem in the area. 2 weeks later they said the problem was fixed but nothing has changed

The area is showing no issues for coverage, yet making a call is impossible and nothing will load even though my phone is showing 4G. My girlfriend has the same model phone also with EE and she is having the same issues.

I work down the road and my phone signal and internet is perfectly fine there.
