Why should you pay for a service you can't provide the signal is totally useless worse than ever if your taking money off people then provide the service

You should be able to come out of your contract if you can't provide the service the signal is so poor I now resorted to sitting in my garden sending smoke signals can someone from EE someone who actually does give a dam do something about it

Let's put it another way why should you pay if you can't provide the service and when you talk to customer service they say try going in a another room if I went on the roof the signal rubbish

You've posted on here so presumably have a home broadband connection. WiFi-calling is an excellent way to continue using your phone anytime you have poor indoor coverage.
