How long have you had this problem for? Could you pop your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status' please? It will let you know if we're aware of any maintenance works in your area.

When you say that signal keeps dropping, do you mean that calls are dropping? Or that you are losing outgoing audio during calls?

Does VoLTE show onscreen when this happens?

It has been months now and I did the checker and it said there a problem round here but the signal is very poor ,I'm at the point of looking for a new moblie company because ee is shocking

No one can hear me keep backing up even if I'm sat in one place no there nothing no signal bars at all

Hi @Claire7483,

Did the status checker let you know when they expect the problem to be fixed?

Have you activated WiFi Calling on your phone?
