      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this a recent problem, or has it always been this way? The faults checker linked to above is a good check of temporary network issues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;WiFi-calling is a good solution for any indoor coverage issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
