I’ve tried restarting my phone, removing the SIM card, switching between WiFi calling on/off and manually selecting a network yet this still hasn’t fixed the issue.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The live chat and text support seems to have disappeared from the app leaving the only option to call or post in the community.
