Completely agree and not just north Norfolk everytime I hit the a47/a11 roundabout on the southern by pass I drop to 1 bar of signal and lose all calls. Plus I have complaints from work calls now that no one can hear me

I checked mine, you say excellent, my phone says 1 or 2 bars

Onscreen bars are only a rough guide, different phones can often display different bars for the exact same signal.

Does your phone show VoLTE/4G-calling when calls drop?

You can report in-call audio problems if they consistently occur in the same location.
