Please help

Was released from BT as my mobile service provider and handed over to EE, on Monday. How long will it take to change over because my mobile just says emergency calls only. I can't make or receive calls. I dont have a landline either, so this is very frustrating. Please help.

Hi Chris, because I wanted to keep my previous phone number, Ive kept my old sim card.

I was previously at BT customer and they said that EE is part of them. But I cant phone up to ask them what to do.

Hi @Catkins1960

You would have received an EE SIM card which you would now use and the BT number will be transferred to this SIM card.

Can you check the packaging and try the EE SIM card?
