    <description>&lt;P&gt;When you say you have no access, do you mean your phone is not showing coverage indicators?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try toggling flight mode on/off if so, and restart your phone if this fails to rectify. If problems persist, there is either something awry with your specific account which CS will need to rectify - or a local coverage outage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The latter can be checked by choosing "check status" on &lt;A href="https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a text from 249 asking for a rating of EEs network-I did not respond. However now I have no access to EEs network, can not make any calls or texts. I dont understand what has gone on...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
