      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming that this is the case and therefore a capacity addition is the fix, much depends on the individual site config and what's needed to add the extra carriers and/or techs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If antenna works are needed, or there is another dependency or third party issue, this could easily add time to the process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
