I ma having terrible network call and data both . It shows 5g speed some times but speed is even slower than 2G.

usually I play around with 4g speed please help me find solution for this problem. I am new to EE but not satisfied at all with services .

Have you check the coverage and status of your postcode on our coverage checker?

Yes , I have and yet I am getting terrible network and internet speed I guess everywhere. Even some places it shows 5G network yet struggle to open Google .

Are you able to test your SIM in another device?
