Can you make any calls or use any data? Is your device from EE.

Does your device say no service.

Thanks

Can anyone please help me?

I’m new to EE as I joined over a week ago. Since I joined I’ve been unable to get a service reception anywhere in my area. It does say on EE website on service status that there is a problem in my area. The reason for me joining was that on EE coverage checker it explained to me I had good service indoors and outdoors I have yet experienced that. I’m stuck as I need to see if EE Will improve, if not I need to find another provider.

It sounds like your issues are due to a temporary fault, and those are always resolved as soon as possible - but timescales for fixes can depend on the nature of the issue.

If you are within your 14days cancellation period after an online/telesale purchase, and wish to be completely sure, then you may wish to contact EE CS and make 100% sure that the details of this area issue are noted and dated on your individual account.

That would put you in a stronger position if you later decide to retrospectively request cancellation.
