Been living in my new address for 3 months now. Only time I can use my phone is when I'm at home using my WiFi. I've reported having service issues on 4 occasions now, only to receive the same reply that apparently I should have full service. Spoken to customer services their solution was try a new SIM. Tried this no change called them back only to be told nothing more they can do it's all up to the engineers who in turn say I should have a full service. Just feel like I'm running around in circles. If I drive 5 minutes in any direction I get a full 5g signal so it's definitely a issue in my new area. Just feel like I'm getting the brush off from EE which is frustrating as I've been with EE now for 6yrs this makes me feel like changing networks

Do other EE users have the same problem in your home? Was this problem evident when you first viewed your new home?

Does the outdoor coverage reflect the website tool's predictions? Indoor coverage is never guaranteed and is the reason WiFi-calling is promoted

The coverage tool, in common with all UK networks, is not a guarantee of service but a prediction - and your experience seems to bear out the result you've posted.

This seems to just be a case of poor coverage in this specific location.
