I have same problem, I also get lost of missed calls as phone does not even ring. When renewed with BT I also got taken in,, never had any problems on 02 now mobile is useless with a 24 month contract

Calls do not even make it, let alone drop out, no ringing
next think i know is a message saying missed call

Are you only experiencing this problem in one particular location?

Is WiFi Calling turned on in your phone's settings?

Yes wifi calling is turned on
I have this all over my house, sometimes it rings others it does not
And very bad reception at times and others fine

Does your phone's status bar show you're successfully connected to WiFi Calling when you're at home?
