When purchasing the Roam Abroad Pass did you also activate roaming by texting ROAMING to 150?

You will need this active to be able to use your pass.

Speak soon,

I spent £15 so I can use my phone ‘as normal’ when i’m away - as long as i’m I. the EU I should be able to get 4g, service and wifi when ever. It started off fine but all of a sudden I now have no service at all - I paid for it to last up until the 27th. September so it should still be working.

What do I need to do?

When you say "it started off fine", does this mean you received a welcome text message on arrival abroad, and have been connecting to a local network since?

That would suggest your roaming is active if so, and connecting to a different local network would be a usual first check.

Your billing add-on is a separate thing to having the roaming facility, which is free.
