Hi,

I switched to EE because the EE network coverage claims to have good coverage in my local area(SO31) even indoors and specifically coverage in an area that blank for my previous provider.

For the initial couple of months to signal quality was good, but the last 2 months have seen a noticeable drop in signal strength and even my audio drops out during calls both indoors and outdoors. 4G drops out randomly when outdoors, even when I am stationary.

I have WiFi calling turned on but that does help outdoors.

Network status says no problems, and I have reported a fault. Phone is a pixel7

An suggestions?

I've experienced audio dropout myself, and reporting the issue when it happens is absolutely the right thing to do.
