NO SERVICES WORKING

i’ve not had service for over 3 hours now !!!!

hello i need help urgently i have been trying to contact technical support for over 2 hours now. all of my services are not working, i can’t call, text or access the internet and it’s so frustrating. i am currently on someone’s hotspot who is also an EE customer and their services are working fine but how long will i do this for.?? we’re about to part ways. it’s not making sense that i can’t access anything and have no form of communication!!!!

If another EE user is able to use their phone, that rules out a network issue. Try swapping your SIMs - so put the working SIM in the non-working phone, and the non-working SIM in the working phone.

Does the problem follow the SIM or remain with the phone?

the problem follows the sim. i put it in a different phone and it’s still the same problem. i’m so frustrated, i’m basically stranded. it has tripped off again and just came back on now, i was offline for an hour 30.
