    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi this is happening in multiple locations.&amp;nbsp; My wife had the same issue yesterday 12 miles away from my location on her phone (same device).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm beginning to wonder if it's something with EE compatability with the Samsung&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I seem to have an ongoing issues where i can send and recieve calls and and even though my phone shows 4G+ i cant access anything that requires a data conection,&amp;nbsp; This has happened a few times now and does eventually right itself but does anybody have any advice as to what could be causing it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently at work and my friend here also is on EE but has no issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned my phone off/on tried reconnecting to EE but still no luck, it works fine if connected by wifi or mobile hotspot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using an S22 ultra, (software is fully up to date)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does VoLTE show onscreen when this happens? Does it make any difference if you disable mobile data and then try using it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Yes VoLTE does show on the screen when this happens, no change if mobile data is disabled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had same problem on Samsung Galaxy A15. Solution is to switch off power saving mode and phone returns to 5g reception.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Susie&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
