Reception on my Apple phone

The reception is rubbish on my phone here in Denbighshire, North Wales is an absolute joke. When I’m out and about I have no reception at, and when I’m home it’s very slow. I’m supposed to be 5g (that’s what I’m paying for) but I always have 4g. EE is a joke!!!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear that you're having problems with service in this area.

Have you checked the status of your postcode on our coverage checker? If you select 'check status' this will let you know if we're aware of any problems in your area. If nothing is showing you can report the problems you are having to get this looked into.

There is no charge for access to a specific radio technology, your subscription covers access to EE's network with whatever coverage is available in a given area - be it 2G, 4G or 5G depending on your plan and device.

Anytime 5G is not available for whatever reason, your phone should fallback to 4G - is that not happening?
