Hello,

I was wondering if I could speak to someone about getting a mast installed at our site.
We are a business and we the landowners with planning permission (we have built new buildings etc.).
The coverage on location and surrounding areas for 5 to 10 miles is quite poor, so we feel that installing a mast would benefit the community as well as our EE business users.

New network sites still usually need a full planning application once an approved design is agreed and a lease agreed-in-principle

It's the network planners who consider rollout and look for potential new site locations, they don't have published external contact.

The forum staff usually take some details for passing on.
