Tried to call customer service tech support which had a voicemail left only stating calls from Vodafone networks unable &amp;nbsp;to come through then cuts off. I have been awaiting an important call all day and now understand why I was not receiving anything. I do not think it is acceptable to have this as a resolution/ reassurance to customers extremely disappointed and frustrated.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't make/receive calls to my parents, who are on Vodafone.&amp;nbsp; But I can call my m8 whos on a different network (Cant remember which).&amp;nbsp; Dialling 150 also works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way I dont think you are alone, more fantastic **** ups from EE, not&amp;nbsp;giving us the service we are paying for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In your first sentence you state you are "unable to make or receive calls", yet later on "I am however able to make and receive calls". This seems contradictory.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you explain the issues you are having? Use as much detail as necessary - it may also be useful to explain what the "necessary steps" are that you've taken, this would save others making the same suggestions again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, I’m able to make and receive calls from one number in my contacts, who is also on the EE network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outwith with this I’m not receiving, nor being able to make calls to anyone else in my contacts, as it cuts off as soon as press dial and likewise when someone is calling me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve made sure that aeroplane mode is off, I’ve made sure that do not disturb is turned off, I’ve made sure that there is no numbers blocked, I’ve also reset network settings, I’ve also done a hard reboot of my phone and the problem isn’t fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
