EE wifi auto underground not working for 2 weeks

HI,

I have samsung s21, Ee wifi auto underground not working for 2 weeks at any of the stations. it was working before. I have tried reseting by both methods mentioned on ee website but still no luck.

Could you please help?

Hi @abdulahmed

It is recommended that you call ee CS on 150 and complain. Someone will then pop 50p in the meter.

Disapointing to see this is still the case as I agree it worked 2 weeks ago. This was reported on the forums last week.
