&lt;P&gt;You would need a replacement SIM card as it does sound like the SIM has become faulty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can order a replacement SIM card by giving us a call on 150 or &lt;A href="tel:07953 966 150" target="_blank"&gt;07953 966 150&lt;/A&gt; and the team can get the SIM card posted to your account address, or you can visit an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Back from abroad and phone says sim not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just come back from California due to a close family member passing away I have come back and my sim says “no sim” or “no SIM restricted” I pay monthly and I can’t call 150 because I can’t make calls the app isn’t helping what can I do??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if you get signal?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
