Since the recent update to the app I’ve not been able to see the data usage/ remaining section. Also I constantly have problems with connectivity and coverage, considering EE advertise as being the best for coverage I’m struggling to agree with that ( my wife gets far better coverage with O2 ). We both have the same make/ model handset and have swapped SIM cards and it shows it’s the network not the handset that’s the problem, because I then get the better coverage with the O2 SIM. Not sure what you can do to fix this, just thought I’d point this out, before I make the swap to O2.

Hello @Saxdude.

Welcome to the community.

What version of the app do you have?

Are you able to log in to your My EE online OK?

Regarding your signal issues, does this happen in multiple locations or just at home?

There will always be localised coverage differences and no network is perfect everywhere - but nationally, EE does generally outperform other networks for data speeds & coverage footprint. That's brodly what the marketing claims are based on.
