You've used the "check coverage" tab for predicted coverage, not the "check status" option as suggested in the post.

Also you've not answered whether Ds toggling flight mode result in your phone achieving the expected coverage layer?

The symptoms you describe are expected for a 2G coverage layer.

Would you know why many customers including myself all use to receive a very solid EE 4G 5G connection in Cambridgeshire, March Town but now only receive 3G at best and quite often EDGE only, been like this for a few weeks now but EE say there is no problems.

many thx in advance

Thank you, it states I’m getting excellent 4G coverage in and out doors, but I’m currently on Edge and service is very bad, taking minutes to load webpages and apps just won’t load, phone has been updated, reset, rebooted, setting checked, only switch to EE six months back as it was by far the best and O2 was shocking, now everyone local is complaining about how bad EE has become over the last few weeks, but EE say there ain’t no problems, so I don’t know what to do.
Many thx for the link tho and trying to help.

Keep safe, Tim.
Sent from my iPhone XVI Double S XTR

Check status says there was a recent problem which has now been fixed, but this has been my issue for the past two weeks, I’ve also reported this issue that I’m having. Togging flight mode changes nothing.

The flight mode toggle at least rules out a band-re-selection issue.

The symptoms would suggest a lack of available 4G layer.

Ok, many thx for trying to help, it’s got to be something to do with the network, like I’ve said, 4G was fine until a couple of weeks go, many local EE users are talking about lack of 4G service at the moment, but EE are saying all is working fine.

thx again mate

Have all those local users reported their issues? And not via social media!!

It may be frustrating, but it's the best way to get issues reported if the status tool isn't hitting the spot.

I don’t know if anyone else has reported it, I just hear people moaning about it, I hadn’t reported it as everytime I had checked EE were saying there was no issue and I’m receiving excellent coverage, but 3 hours ago, EE message me saying sorry to hear I’m having issues and an engineer has found an issue and should be sorted in 14 hrs, I’m rolling with it in hope but it’s strange yesterdays recent issue had been fixed yet this on going issue still remained.

I’m still currently running in 3G and Edge

thank you to everyone for your time and help
