A new network site will need a willing landlord, legal agreements and local authority planning consents.

Out of interest, is this an area of poor coverage for all networks?

We're a private retirement community, with large acreage freehold - poor for all network afaik, thank you

@hcross , do you have fixed broadband? If so, unless very old mobile phones, anyone can use wifi calling for calls and text, and will be able to use wifi , so long as the retirement community allows it.

It will take time to get a mast, and as previously mentioned, permission has to be granted, as well as legal agreements and local authority planning consent.
