No data only wifi when at home

Anyone seem to know the problem I’m having?
I have wifi at home.. soon as I leave the house I get zero data, no notifications from messages or WhatsApp, no social media sites…

soon as I get home my phone goes mad!
the places I go to has signal for EE and 4G some reason it’s not working!?

my mobile data is turned on!

@Gemk80 Can you access the internet when your off Wi-Fi ?

Hi, sadly no.
I have signal and 4G but it’s like I have zero data… it’s odd.
beginning to get frustrated now and have no time to go into store

Have you been able to check for any reported issues in the area using the Network Status Checker?

Are you aware of anyone else experiencing this?

Have you also been able to try your SIM in another device?

What was the issue .I was thinking mobile data was off or not set up
