Data issues.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a sim issue or a data issue or something else. Basically my daughters phone connects to WiFi when we are at home, but once we leave the house she gets no Internet and can't make/receive calls etc but I've checked settings and it looks like its registered her EE sim so it doesn't seem thay it's a sim problem 🤔. Not sure what to do to fix this! Photo attached that show data is switched on and there are no sim restrictions etc.

Thanks for coming back to us.

Can you try manually searching for a network, does EE show available and does this make any difference if you manually connect?

If not, does the SIM work in another phone?
