> Are other EE users experiencing here the same issue? As this can determine if it's just you or your location?

> As usual reboot your phone...

> Check you are using 4G calling / VoLTE / LTE. If not, check the phone app settings- sometimes it needs ticking on?

> If you have NO 4G calling it's possible you will default to 2G/3G and these signals can be weaker. In many rural areas a stronger 4G signal is used (LTE Band 20, 800 MHz) and this has a better reach- hence checking 4G calling.

> In the summer in wooded areas (Surrey is the most wooded / forested county in England...) mobile radio signals are attenuated by leaf cover; it's a difficult problem to overcome by operators- but unusual to have no outdoor signal I would say? I travel around rural Surrey and it's pretty decent in my view.

Hi there

I've checked the coverage checker and it advises good indoor and out door coverage. But I cannot make any phone calls from I side or outside my property. Help!

Is this a recent problem? Does your phone show coverage indicators when you try making a call?

For local coverage outages, use the "check status" option on the coverage checker, the results you mention are a result of using "check coverage".
