I was expecting a call from the EE. I have been told that a call will be made from EE yesterday. No call yet at all. I feel like I’m being cheated by the service provider as I had raised a valid & urgent complaint about the services they provide in my current area. What’s the solution? Will they keep their promise that they are the leading service providers? And, will the EE management make a call to me today?

I have already made a complaint more than three times.

Don’t cheat customers by advertising wrongly that you are the no1 network.

I have no coverage in my place. It’s your fault.

I have raised everything from my side. I don’t need to speak and explain about my problem to whole of your UK network colleagues.

Please go through my open complaint and whole of my conversation with your staff for last three months.

I need an immediate solution from your side. I’m so tired of keep telling my problem to all of your colleagues every times. I can’t repeat it again and again. If you are no1 network in the UK, you must know all about it.

What is the actual issue you have? All networks will suffer local outages from time-to-time, it's impossible to avoid.

Are you experiencing a recent loss of coverage? Or is this a long-term issue where there's no coverage in a particular location? The latter is not likely to be resolved in the timescale you are hoping for.
