    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have called your customer care countless times to lay my complaint… firstly I am new to the UK and when I went to your store to get a contract your agent kind of manipulated to sign a 31 pound a month contract for 2 years… I actually don’t mind signing that but I live in Muncaster Gardens NN4 and I can’t get service for about a month now. I keep calling your customer care but no one has been able to rectify the problem… if in the next 3 days you don’t sort it out &amp;nbsp;then I am canceling my contract any way I can. It’s just frustrating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Does the &lt;A href="https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;U&gt;Network Status Checker&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/A&gt; show good indoor and outdoor coverage for the postcode?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, are there any reported problems for the area if you select the 'check status' option?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I don’t know. It’s a new environment for me. EE customer care also confirmed the network issues in the area when I called to complain.&amp;nbsp;</description>
