Have you checked your postcode on: EE Coverage & Network Status Checker | Check your signal to see if there are any issues?

Does the phone report 'no service' or is it seeing a signal, but not working?

You could try reset your network settings, or check your APN settings on your phone

The coverage map is a waste of time. EE staff told me "The data is based on a computer model of the masts and does not take into account buildings or terrain". It is not an accurate measure and just computer guesswork in reality.

Online coverage maps factor terrain but not generally buildings - but this is true of all radio networks not just EE.

However, the suggestion to the OP here was to use the "check status" option not the "check coverage option". That also includes a "report a problem" facility.
