topic Wi-Fi calling Vs Network calling at home in Mobile Network discussions

Got a weird issue where I can make calls on Wi-Fi without issue. I can generally make calls on a network also but do not apparently receive any calls on either. I often get a text message telling me I have missed a call but the phone never rings. This only seems to happen when at home. This also happens to my wife's phone who is on EE too. Deeply frustrating as I often miss time sensitive calls.

What happens if you make a call from your wife's phone to your phone, when your are both using WiFi-calling?

Are you using Android or iOS? Some Android releases have an option to set WiFi-preferred or mobile-preferred.

Both on IOS. Will need to try calling each other later when both home to confirm the first question. We have tended to FaceTime each other only to get around the problem.
