How can I contact EE without a telephone as mobile network has disappeared from mobile?

Toggle flight mode on your phone incase of a temporary glitch.

If you still have no service, there may be a local outage - select "check status" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee and you can report a problem if nothing's listed.

You can use WiFi-calling to use your phone as normal anytime you have indoor coverage issues.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
