@Carol1996 Have a look at THIS and click the check status tab. You can report any issues via this. Is this is one location or all locations you go to ? Can you use Wi-Fi calling ? is this indoors and or outdoors?

It says I have good coverage but I'm afraid I haven't even dropped out when I was talking to the ee advisorSent from my Galaxy

@Carol1996 You need to click the check status tab. You clicked the coverage tab.
