Mobile data not working

not working anyone else’s mobile data just stopped working? And I can’t receive or make calls. I’m in brentford west london

Hi @Pula2000

I'd recommend checking for problems in your area using the Network Status & Coverage Tool.

Put in your postcode and choose your phone model, then click 'Check Status’.

Make sure you tap check status and not check coverage.

This looks like the SIM is not registering on the phone, are you using an eSIM?

Have you made any changes to the phone or your account today?
