All networks have good and bad coverage areas, and for every location where EE is the worst network - there will be others where the opposite is the case.

EE offer WiFi-calling as an excellent mitigation for indoor coverage issues wherever they occur, that you're posting on this forum suggests you have home broadband. WiFi-calling allows full use of your phone without any need for mobile coverage, calls will also handover between VoWiFi & VoLTE seamlessly as required.

I have been with EE for a number of years now.Had at least two or three phones over the years on contract.I have never had a good signal hear on any of my phones. The same goes for many people I this village. I have reported this problem a few times but no change. My son visited me this weekend, he is on Vodafone. He had a full signal strength when I had none.Im fed up hanging out the upstairs window trying to get a good signal. So text EE for my PAC code that came promptly. Next day got a sim only with Vodafone. Then noticed EE want to charge £78 for breaking my contract.I spoke to a nice gentleman at EE who was very sympathetic. Why should I pay £78 cancellation charge when the company cannot provide the service I'm paying for.I was told because I had already given the PAC code to Vodafone EE can't do anything about cancelling this charge.Poor service & very disappointed in EE.Rant over.

I am very sorry to hear you have signal problems in the area and have now left us.

If you would like to discuss the charge for cancelling the contract further, please get back in touch with our mobile care team.

Thanks.
