&lt;P&gt;When you spoke to our technical support team, did they say why you're having signal issues? Is it down to general coverage in your area or is there an ongoing problem with a phone mast?&lt;/P&gt;

Most of the time i cannot connect to the internet and i been complaining this for over year but they haven’t do nothing about it and am paying all my bills. I pay £73 a month but not having good service and if i call them they are not helping much&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the issue is of poor coverage in an area, then there's often not much a frontline CS agent can do - checking the coverage tool as already suggested, will confirm if this is the case. All networks have good and bad areas.&lt;/P&gt;
